Originally from Southern California, Joel Newman relocated to East Tennessee in 2015 to study at Lee University in Cleveland, and finally settled in Nashville. In 2020, Joel became a realtor, which enabled him to combine his effective communication skills with his love for helping clients take the next step with their home search. He has experience selling single-family homes, short-term rental cabins, and land.
